Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all classes, workshops, retreats, courses, and online content (“Services”) offered by Samudra Wellness / Julia Samudra (the “Teacher”). By booking or participating, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Payments
All Services must be booked in advance via the website, Eventbrite, or another approved booking system.
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel: Refunds are only available if cancelled within the notice period stated at booking (e.g. 48 hours for classes and workshops, 7 days for retreats). After this time, bookings are non-refundable.
If the Teacher cancels: You will be offered a transfer to another class/workshop or a full refund.
Retreats or multi-day programmes may have specific cancellation terms, which will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm you have read and agreed to the Health & Safety Waiver and Disclaimer.
You are responsible for monitoring your own health and wellbeing during any Service.
Please consult a doctor if you are unsure whether yoga, breathwork, or meditation practices are suitable for you.
4. Online Participation
For online classes and recordings, you are responsible for creating a safe practice space free from hazards.
Sessions may not be recorded, copied, or shared without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All class materials, videos, meditations, PDFs, and recordings remain the intellectual property of the Teacher.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content without written permission.
6. Media & Recordings
Classes or workshops may occasionally be recorded (photo, audio, or video) for teaching or marketing purposes.
You will always have the right to opt out — please inform the Teacher if you do not wish to be included.
7. Liability
Participation in all Services is at your own risk.
The Teacher accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, or loss sustained during or after participation, except where UK law states liability cannot be excluded.
8. Data & Privacy
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Health information is optional and used only to ensure your safety during participation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
