How do I choose between a class and a series?

Pick a class if you need something for today or you are interested in a particular topic.

Choose a series if you want the change to build the momentum and go in depth with a certain topic. 

Is this safe for beginners?

Yes. All sessions are guided with clear options and modifications. Always listen to your body

and rest when needed. 

How long are the practices?

Most Awakening classes are 30-45 minutes. Longer options (60-90min) appear inside the series.

How long does a practice take?

Typically 20–45 minutes. Your plan is tailored, so duration may vary.

What if I am interested in buying several classes? Do you offer a package?

Yes - 15% off when you purchase any 5 classes as a bundle.

Do I need any equipment?

A mat and meditation cushion can be helpful. No other special props required.
