Patterns aren’t just habits. They’re deeper loops that shape life - the stories you tell yourself on a daily basis, the shame that keeps you small, and the limiting beliefs you’ve learned to trust, inner criticising, breath holding and jaw clenching, people pleasing, conflict avoidance and so on.
In Kundalini tradition, consistent practice for 40 days helps dissolve limiting patterns and embed new ones, reshaping the nervous system and integrating change into the psyche.
The transformation doesn’t fade when the practice ends; it becomes part of who you are.

In Kundalini yoga, 40-day and 90-day are designed to establish new neural pathways, break old habits, and integrate positive changes into the psyche.
40 Days: This duration is ideal for breaking a negative habit that blocks the positive expansion promised by a particular kriya
or meditation.
Sessions are held online via Zoom. In-person sessions in London are available occasionally on request.
Life happens. If you miss a day, just start again the next day. For 40 journeys, we keep your daily streak intact by practicing
on consecutive days whenever possible.
Typically 20–45 minutes. Your plan is tailored, so duration may vary.
In the Kundalini tradition, a session blends breathwork, a physical kriya, and a meditation.
Everything is adapted to your level and current nervous-system capacity. We progress gently and safely.
Most people notice shifts in clarity and mood within 7–10 days. Deeper habit change consolidates over 40 days.

Yes. You can take one pause of up to 7 days on the 40-day journey. Please give 24 hours notice so I can adjust your plan.
